I don't know this is Thai or Chinese noodle. In Thai, this is called บะหมี่เกี๊ยวหมู ( its pronounce as Ba mee kiew) Pork dumplings. Now it becomes one of my favorite ones. I have never tried it before I came Thai may be there is similar noodle in Myanmar. For me, I was born in middle part of Myanmar that is why noodle is not that popular in that region, but there is Shan noodle that is quite popular in Myanmar. Anyway, I recommend you to try it when you visit to Thailand.
